Excellent service, exceptional responsiveness. My pre-arranged ride with another company was a no show for a very important international trip through JFK. And this was on a Sunday afternoon. I left a message with Skytop and moved on to the next company on the list. As I began speaking with another company I was immediately receiving professional, courteous and informative texts from Skytop. Because of how on top of and sensitive to my unfortunate situation Skytop was, I told the other company I’d have to call them back if I still needed help.
Skytop was great! Someone was at my door shortly and we were on the way. It was a time crunch (because of the no show) but Skytop made it happen (and safely).
I made my flight! Thank you sincerely Skytop!
I’d recommend and definitely use again.
Oh, and they even followed up to see if I made it on time. From start to finish Outstanding service!

I recently used Skytop Limousine Service for a trip into NYC, and I must say that I had a fantastic experience. The driver, Silvana, was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth and enjoyable.
Skytop Limousine Service provided excellent customer service, and I felt safe and well taken care of during the entire trip. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable transportation in the NYC area.
Overall, I was impressed with Skytop Limousine Service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Silvana for a great experience!

My husband & I were in a pinch. After 2 days of dealing with airline cancellations & delays, our original pick up service had a scheduling issue, tried as hard as they could but could not guarantee our pickup. Not knowing if Lyft or Uber drivers would be willing to go the distance, we searched the internet & found Skytop. As we were finally boarding the plane I was on the phone with Skytop and she reassured me she would be there to drive us home. Shortly after getting off the plane, I received a text telling us she was outside waiting for us in a nice, comfortable & clean car. Cannot recommend Skytop enough!! Thank you Sylvana!

I flew to Ft. Myers in Florida for a week and was driven to and from Newark Airport by Skytop Limo. The Sunday flight down was at 6:45am, meaning that I needed to leave home at 3:45am for the drive to the airport. Silvana was punctual (early, in fact!). The ride was smooth and I was able to take care of the airport business with plenty of time to make my flight.
The return flight was delayed 2 hours putting my arrival in Newark during the Friday rush hour. Silvana was able to maneuver around traffic to get to me and get me home.
The rides were extremely professional and relaxing. Well done!

I recently had the pleasure of using an Skytop for airport car service from PA to LGA, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I booked my ride, the communication was excellent. The owner, who also happened to be my driver, was friendly and incredibly professional.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the conversation during our ride. It felt less like a standard taxi service and more like catching up with a friend. The driver was knowledgeable, offering insights about the area, which made the journey enjoyable and engaging.
Furthermore, I felt completely safe throughout the ride. The driver's careful driving and the well-maintained vehicle gave me peace of mind. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch service provided.
If you're looking for a reliable, friendly, and safe way to get to the airport, this car service is the way to go! I will definitely be using them again for my future travels.

I needed to bring my aunt back home from Easter Pennsylvania to West New York, NJ. I tried looking but could not get anyone all morning in my area. Skytop Taxi Limousin saved the day! Their service was excellent, helpful, friendly, and respectful. My elderly aunt felt safe and was put at ease by their excellent service. She was joyful to be going home. My aunt called me as soon as she got home and couldn't stop raving about the ride home and how helpful the driver was. Thank You for caring and doing an excellent job.

We had the pleasure of using Skytop Limousine for a New Year's Eve party, and Silvana was our driver. She was punctual, professional, and very friendly, ensuring we had a comfortable and safe ride. The car was clean and well-maintained, and Silvana’s driving was excellent.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Silvana and Skytop Limousine for any event. They provided outstanding service that made our night even more enjoyable.

Highly highly recommend! Silvana was so easy to work with especially as our most recent trip was so unexpected and up in the air to help with hurricane efforts in FL. She was very accommodating, friendly, and most importantly punctual. She as early to pick up at home and early to pick up at the airport. Good communication. I would highly recommend her and her company 100 times over you won’t be disappointed!

Ok i’m not the type of person that usually writes reviews, however the service my family received from Jeff and Silvana was THE BEST. Professional 100%, driving skills 100% excellent, “ I am quite the back seat driver not once did I feel uncomfortable Especially during rush hour traffic” I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️

Silvana was great, & so is her business.
She confirmed the day before, & day of our trip. She was on time, a very good driver, clean & comfortable ride. She made my niece, & I feel very comfortable, while getting us to the airport in plenty of time- at the correct terminal. Highly recommend Skytop Limousine LLC , & will definitely hire Silvana again.

Silvana was outstanding! Right on time. She mapped out a new route for us due to route 80 closures. All went very smoothly. Clean car. Great personality and fun to chat on the way. Big thank you!
Edit/Add for return trip: another great experience using Skytop service. On
time and waiting for us. Again Silvana was excellent! We absolutely recommend this service!

This is a terrific service!!! Sylvana is the ultimate professional and a great driver as well. Highly recommend her!!!! She was timely, diligent and not at all swayed by the fact that the original forecast for our return trip was 1 to 2 feet of snow. Fortunately that didn't- happen and it was smooth sailing! Will definitely use this company again. 5 stars!!!!

I recently used Skytop Taxi/Limo service for transport to Newark airport. Silvana picked me up promptly at 3am and was most delightful. She made the long trip fly by with pleasant conversation. Skytop Limos got us to and from an event in a last minute fashion comfortably, safely, and for an affordable price. Our driver was courteous, friendly, and genuine from pickup to drop off, and again on the way back. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to any type of event.

Silvana was great! She is reliable and just flexible enough to deal with any unforeseen travel issues. My bag did not arrive at JFK so I had to take a little extra time at arrivals to make a claim. She waited patiently. We felt very safe with her driving and she showed up as promised. We will use her again for future travels to the airport.

To anyone who’s navigated Newark airport in the last week, you know about epic delays. After a very long day, Silvana got me home when everyone else failed. Suffice it to say she got me home to my disabled family member and did it both professionally and humanely. She’s the best. Women owned and operated business. Don’t hesitate to call Skytop.
~ Melissa M
